Front Office / Secretarial
A reputed IT Company office based in New baneshwor, Kathmandu is looking for energetic, honest and hardworking Front office staff. Only Female candidates should apply
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Schedule meetings.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Arrange appointments.
- Cash out people when necessary.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Order coffee and set out food.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of Intermediate level ( 2)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, pecifically MS Word and Excel will be highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
