    A reputed IT Company office based in New baneshwor, Kathmandu is looking for energetic, honest and hardworking Front office staff.  Only Female candidates should apply

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
    2. Answer inquiries about company.
    3. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
    4. Schedule meetings.
    5. Ensure reception area is tidy.
    6. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
    7. Coordinate office activities.
    8. Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
    9. Hand out employee applications.
    10. Arrange appointments.
    11. Cash out people when necessary.
    12. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
    13. Take and relay messages.
    14. Schedule follow-up appointments.
    15. Order coffee and set out food.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Minimum of Intermediate level  ( 2)
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, pecifically MS Word and Excel will be highly preferred.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
    • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
    • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
    • Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
